Free shipping on orders over €100
The following applies to all our smaller products (such as toys and accessories):
- Free shipping on orders over €100
- For orders below this amount we charge €6.99 for shipping costs

Larger products & furniture
Our larger products—such as furniture, climbing frames, and play modules—fall under our Special Order category. We charge a flat shipping rate of €9.99 for these items. These products are custom-made for you and shipped directly from the supplier.

Shipping time
Shipping times are always clearly stated per product at checkout. Because we work with suppliers worldwide and many orders are shipped directly from the supplier, delivery times may vary per product.

On average, products have a processing time of 3 working days before they are shipped. The final delivery time depends on the country of origin and destination. In some cases, delivery may take a little longer, for example, due to customs checks.

By working this way, we avoid unnecessary stock and waste, and ensure that every product is made or shipped with care especially for you.

Track your order
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your package and know exactly when it will arrive.
